Leading developer behind hit AI-driven beauty apps like BeautyPlus.
Pixocial, also known as Meitu, is one of China’s top internet enterprises owing to its leading AI-driven image and video processing technology and social community. Their titles like BeautyPlus, AirBrush, Pomelo, and AirVid are fundamentally changing the way that users around the world create and share “beauty.”
Pixocial sought to grow the user base for their popular BeautyPlus app across multiple channels, including Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Apple Search Ads. Setting their sights on increasing subscriptions and growing marketing ROI, the team partnered with Bidalgo to derive deep real-time insights and improve cross-channel campaign management efficiency.
Bidalgo’s out-of-the-box data hub gave Pixocial a bird’s eye view of their campaign performance across channels, data sources, geos, and whatever custom metrics mattered most to them. By aggregating channel and MMP data, the team was able to streamline their campaign analysis by seamlessly segmenting and comparing performance in one location. Here, they quickly identified Apple Search Ads as a high performer and shifted more of their focus there accordingly.
The ability to perform highly granular campaign analysis was especially important for their Apple Search Ads activity, where the team needed to really understand the relationship between cost data and keyword performance. With just a few clicks in the Bidalgo platform, Pixocial was able to create cross-campaign keyword analyses with fully customizable graphs to visualize trends over time and across all their main metrics.
From this same data hub, Pixocial could also make changes and take action directly, which significantly increased their campaign management efficiency. From here, the team was able to run seamless keyword uploads and bid changes in bulk, as well as combine custom filter parameters to easily manage their activity at the campaign, creative set, and keyword level.
Trackable users’ data shows Pixocial’s Apple Search Ads marketing activities gained 40% higher ROAS than other channels.
