Gigantic is transforming the world of arcade games by making physical arcade machines playable from mobile apps. Their flagship app, Clawee, offers a connected reality gameplay experience with a 24/7 live stream to real claw machines and real prize delivery.
After doubling the size of their team over just a few months, Gigantic needed a powerful solution to continue supporting the massive growth of their smash-hit app, Clawee.
The team was running large-scale campaigns with an intricate hands-on approach across multiple channels, including Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok. To manage all these channels effectively, they needed a tool that would help them spot performance trends and manage them quickly to save time and maximize efficiency.
